This is a program for all girls in 6th - 12th grades. Join us once a week on Friday or Sunday for awesome days filled with hiking, rock climbing, and more! Come try something new, make new friends, and discover how much fun you can have outside!

  • No Program fees

  • All gear, food, and transportation provided

  • No prior experience is necessary

Fall Session 2025

leadHERship

The leadHERship program is offering drop in sessions during the school year. The group will meet once per month and do fun activities like hiking, paddle boarding, rock climbing and more! This program is specifically designed for high school aged young women living in Chaffee County Colorado and surrounding communities. 

No experience needed! If there’s something you’ve been curious to try, this is the perfect place to go for it — surrounded by supportive women and free from judgment.
